The Pleasant Countenance of the Moon

Within a glooming twilight a mitigated glow culminated through the bear branches where ordinarily it would be obscurely concealed,

No ring around such an idle silhouetted profile; no haze to blur the illuminating source,

Despite the vagueness it’s unusually warm and tranquil, enticing and inviting not to repose, but to mingle and become associatively united.
